Jeff Borchers is an experienced engineering professional with a background in process and manufacturing engineering. Jeff began a career at Pridgeon & Clay - Metal Stamping as a Process Engineer from July 2010 to December 2014. Jeff then transitioned to Gill Industries, where Jeff worked as a Process Engineer from December 2014 to October 2020. Following this, Jeff joined Lear Corporation, first as a Manufacturing Engineer from October 2020 to January 2021, and currently serves as Manufacturing Engineering Manager since January 2021. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology, which was completed in 2009, and attended Muskegon Community College from 2005 to 2006.
