Jeff Okopny

Jeff Okopny is the Vice President of Global Operations at Lear Corporation, where they oversee the Eagle Ottawa Leather business unit. They previously held multiple key positions at Eagle Ottawa, including Global Director of Business Planning and Program Management, and Director of Advanced Global Operations, where they led significant global launches and redefined program management processes. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Jeff worked at UT Automotive as a Program Analyst. They hold a degree in Finance, Investment & Corporate Finance from Western Michigan University and are currently pursuing a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
