Jennifer Johnson is an experienced executive with a strong background in advanced manufacturing, operations, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of E Systems, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Lear Corporation, Jennifer is responsible for executing advanced manufacturing engineering strategies to enhance the company's $6b+ e-systems business. Previously, Jennifer held key positions, including President & CEO of Kendrick Plastics, where operational leadership was established following its formation after the acquisition of Yanfeng’s interior trim operations. Additional roles include Executive Director of Strategy M&A at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, where Jennifer led the sale of a manufacturing facility and transitioned to oversee new operations. Earlier experience includes designing the Auto & Mobility practice at Toptal and being a founding partner at Patina Solutions. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
