Joan Viladrosa

Joan Viladrosa has extensive experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Lear Corporation, where tenure began in January 1989 and has encompassed several roles, including APQP & SQA Regional Manager, Global S-CTO Manager, Purchasing Manager, Wire Product Manager, Project Leader, and Terminals & Connectors Design Engineering Manager. Prior to Lear Corporation, Joan served as a Project Leader at SEAT, S.A. from January 1987 to January 1989, and held positions such as Shift Responsible and Shift Operator at ENHER from March 1983 to January 1987. Joan holds an MBA Executive degree from EAE Business School and UPC, completed between 2003 and 2005.
