Joe Gacek

Joe Gacek is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production and installation roles. Joe began a career at Autocast Inc. as a Quality Inspector, advancing from press operator to quality roles from 1989 to 1997. Joe then worked as a Die Cast Technician at JL French until 2002, before taking on positions with increasing responsibility, including Supervisor at Gill Industries from 2017 to 2020 and Production Supervisor at Lear Corporation since 2020. Prior experiences include roles as a Transfer Technician and Automatic Press Operator at Pridgeon & Clay, where Joe specialized in troubleshooting and optimizing servo systems. Joe also led a team as a Team Leader for residential installations at Michigan Building and Mechanical and performed similar duties at Knight Heating and Cooling. Joe earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Davenport University between 2010 and 2014.
