Jolanta Paleń is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Supervisor and Talent Acquisition Manager for Eastern Europe at Lear Corporation since February 2017, Jolanta contributes to a global automotive technology leader by enhancing in-vehicle experiences through a commitment to innovation and sustainability.
