Joy Meller R.

Joy Meller R. is an Operations Technology Manager at Lear Corporation EEDS Philippines and a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. They have held various engineering roles, including Failure Analysis Engineer and Lead Quality Engineer, at Lear Corporation from 2012 to 2015. Joy completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of San Jose-Recoletos from 2019 to 2022, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2011. Prior to their time at Lear, Joy gained experience as a System and Software Integrator at FixMaster Electronics and underwent on-the-job training in preventive and production maintenance at Takata.
