Kevin Farley

Kevin Farley is an experienced engineering leader in the automotive industry, currently serving as Engineering Director for Europe Structures at Lear Corporation since April 2016, overseeing Technical Centers across several European countries. Prior to Lear Corporation, Kevin contributed to Yanfeng Adient Seating in various global engineering roles from May 2007 to April 2016, and participated in a leadership program at Johnson Controls focused on diversity and inclusion. Kevin's career includes roles as a Lean Practitioner at CPQP International, a Lead Engineer at OMEGA Automotive Design, and positions in program management and design engineering at Valeo, Johnson Controls, and British Engines Limited.
