Kevin Jarvis is a Recruitment Leader for Europe and Africa at Lear Corporation, where they manage recruitment efforts across the region and partner with senior stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies. Kevin previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Western Europe at Lear and has extensive experience in recruitment, including roles as a Resource Manager at Hyde Group Nuclear and Engineering Recruitment Solutions. They began their career as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Fosse Recruitment, where they quickly advanced to senior consultant status. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Politics with Economics from Aberystwyth University.
