Kevin Lalonde is the VP of IT for Seating and the US/Canada Region. They began their career as a Software Developer at New World Systems from 1994 to 1997 and later worked as a Software Consultant at XL Connect in 1997. Kevin held various roles at Lear Corporation from 2007 to 2014, including IT Manager, IT Project Leader, and IT Director for Americas JIT/Structures. Currently, they are pursuing an M.S. in Information Systems and Technology at the University of Michigan - Dearborn and a B.S. in MIS at Oakland University.
