Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is currently the Director of Sales at Lear Corporation and has held this position since 2012. Previously, Kyle worked as an Engineering Supervisor at Lear Corporation, overseeing product engineering and design for multiple model years. Prior to that, Kyle gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pella Corporation, focusing on production efficiency and lean manufacturing practices. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master’s in Business from Wayne State University.
