Lalit Kadam

Lalit Kadam has 13 years of experience in the design and development of automotive seating systems, specializing in program management and RFQ handling. They have worked onsite in China and Malaysia for two years and currently serve as an Assistant Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation since February 2011. Previously, Lalit held positions at Tata Johnson Controls Engineering Division as a Senior Design Engineer and contributed to the development of Tata Indica and Indigo seats. Lalit earned a Master of Technology in Automotive Engineering from Government College of Engineering Pune and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
