Lidija Soldic

Lidija Soldic is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in engineering and business management. Currently serving as Engineering Controller at Lear Corporation since July 2016, Lidija is responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial data in alignment with company objectives. Previous roles include Plant Controller at Adient, where Lidija monitored business performance and improved Plant KPIs, Cost Analyst at Fori Automation, Inc., focusing on product costing and negotiations, and Procurement Specialist at Delphi. Lidija holds an MBA from TU Wien and two Master's degrees from the University of Kragujevac in Engineering/Industrial Management and Business/Managerial Economics.
