Lukasz Slapa

Lukasz Slapa is a Commercial Manager at Lear Corporation, where they have gained extensive experience in account management, particularly with English and Italian OEMs. They have successfully led the RFQ process and managed engineering changes to ensure profitability. Prior to this role, Lukasz served as an Export Specialist at MOKATE S.A. and owned PureTrade, focusing on trade with Africa. They hold dual Master's degrees in Global Business Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu. Additionally, Lukasz is passionate about snowboarding and leads a local carving crew, as well as chairs the INK Boarders association.
