Madeline Flynn

Madeline Flynn is the Corporate Quality Manager at Lear Corporation, a position held since 2022. Previously, Madeline worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Lear Corporation from 2019 to 2020 and gained varied experience in quality engineering roles, including Customer Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Madeline began their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Bridgewater Interiors in 2017. They earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary's College in 2019 and also studied at Maynooth University during the same year. Additionally, Madeline was an Executive on the Resident Hall Association Board at Saint Mary's College.
