Mandla Max Sapepa

Mandla Max Sapepa is currently the Production and Maintenance Manager at Lear Corporation, a position held since 2016. Previously, Mandla served as the Production Manager for Federal-Mogul Powertrain from 2011 to 2015 and at Toyota Boshoku America from 2003 to 2011, where they managed production plans and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Mandla earned a National Diploma in Production Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and later studied Operations Research at Durban University of Technology.
