Maple Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, sourcing, and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as the Asia E-systems Electronics Program Management Director at Lear Corporation since March 2018, Maple leads cross-functional teams to execute programs that exceed customer and internal expectations. Prior roles include Asia E-Systems Purchasing Sr. Manager at Lear Corporation, Global ODM & Material Sourcing Manager at Unify, and Sr. Product Sourcing Manager at Philips, among others. Maple's career spans over two decades, beginning as an Advanced Sourcing Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, and is underpinned by a Master’s degree in Computer Application Technology from Dalian University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jilin University.
