Martin Cox

Martin Cox is a seasoned professional in the quality engineering field with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Quality Engineer at Lear Corporation since June 2009, Martin collaborates closely with the divisional quality manager on new projects and addresses previous seating issues, while also overseeing all models at the Lear Redditch plant as a Complex Quality Engineer. Prior to this, from April 1994 to June 2009, Martin held various roles at Johnson Controls focusing on quality engineering for several automotive models, including customer liaison responsibilities. Martin's career began at Rover Group where, from February 1982 to March 1994, involvement in quality engineering further developed. Martin's educational background includes attendance at Shenley Court Comp from 1969 to 1974.
