Mate Zsargo is a Head of Industrial Engineering with over 7 years of technical management experience, focusing on process engineering, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation, Mate is leading the greenfield launch of a new JIT Plant for the Mercedes-Benz MBEAM platform. Previously, as a Technical Manager at WOCO Ipartechnika Kft., Mate managed maintenance, process engineering, and project management teams, driving significant process improvements and implementing new KPI systems. Mate holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the Pannon Egyetem and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sopron.
