Matt Payne

Matt Payne is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lear Corporation, a position held since 2018. Previously, they served as a Financial Controller at GKN Aerospace, where they managed a team and enhanced business profitability. Payne began their career as a Management Information Analyst at Carrs Paper Ltd and later worked as a Financial Planner at Unipart. They hold a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Birmingham City University, completed in 1999.
