Michael A. Wilson

Michael A. Wilson is an experienced operations leader with over 24 years at Lear Corporation, holding multiple managerial roles including Plant Manager and Operations Manager with new program responsibility. In these positions, Michael has overseen the operational management of three plants simultaneously, focusing on P&L accountability, finance, manufacturing, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, HR, and IT operations, while supervising up to 1200 direct and indirect reports in a union environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Materials Supervisor at Wamar Products and a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor at L.G. Cook Dist. Michael holds an MBA and a BA in Business Administration from Ferris State University, as well as an AA in Business from GRCC.
