Michael Wasmiller

Michael Wasmiller is the Vice President of Human Resources at Lear Corporation, where they have held several roles since 2019, including Human Resources Director and HR Manager. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Michael worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Spectrum Health in 2013 and completed an HR Generalist Internship at Boeing, where they developed a comprehensive guidebook on HR responsibilities. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
