Michelle Sheppeard

Michelle Sheppeard is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management and system implementation across various industries. Currently serving as IT Division Manager at Lear Corporation since February 2021, Michelle leads a team of IT professionals and is responsible for developing an IT strategy for North America, including ERP migration initiatives. Previous roles include Contractor at Amazon, IT & K Director North America at Sodecia, and Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Yazaki North America, where Michelle focused on process optimization and SAP management. With a solid foundation in project management from Deloitte and significant contributions to material systems at AAM, Michelle holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Wayne State University.
