Mikael Holtz Aronsson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Resident Engineer and Technical Leader for Wire Harness at Lear Corporation since November 2001. Responsibilities include supporting product engineers and project leaders with technical expertise and overseeing wire harness design. Mikael also holds leadership positions as Chairman and Board Member of the local trade union club at Lear Corporation, as well as serving on the European Works Council. Prior to this role, Mikael designed and routed wire harnesses for Volvo cars as a Product Engineer and CAD Designer, utilizing 3D tools such as Catia V4 and V5, both at Lear Corporation and Delphi. Mikael pursued education in natural sciences from Luleå University of Technology and Balderskolan.
