Mike Hans

Mike Hans has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lear Corporation since May 2002. In previous roles at Lear Corporation, including Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager, responsibilities included overseeing North American programs for Ford, Nissan, and FCA, with a strong focus on metrics-driven program execution to ensure robust designs and adherence to customer and financial goals. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Mike worked as a Wire Harness Engineer at Yazaki North America from August 2000 to October 2003. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Walsh College, earned between 2010 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University, completed in 2000.
