Na Jiang is currently the Asia Head of BD & Strategy at Lear Corporation, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as the Director of Standardization and Strategy at Qualcomm from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for electric vehicle wireless charging strategies and standardization activities in China. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, Na was the PHEV&EV Charging Director at Shanghai AISM Technology Inc., overseeing the development and market launch of various battery charging products. Early in their career, Na was the HEV&EV Team Leader at General Motors from 2007 to 2011, where they built and managed a team focused on electrical components and control systems for electric vehicles.
