Naji Lao

Naji Lao is currently the Learning and Development Country Manager at Lear Corporation, where they develop and implement training solutions across various Asian countries. Their previous roles include Corporate Training Manager at Bluewater Resorts and Human Resources Manager at Belcris Foods Inc. Naji has a background in strategy management and training, having served as the Head of the Office of Strategy Management at Gothong Southern Shipping Lines. Naji holds a BS in Development Communication from Visayas State University and has engaged in further education at Ateneo de Manila University.
