Nathan Szany possesses a diverse background in both assembly and human resources, with significant experience in workplace improvement initiatives. Currently serving as an Assembly Team Member at Lear Corporation since March 2015, Nathan was selected for a change management project aimed at enhancing workplace safety and conducted field research for this initiative.
