Nilesh Dhande

Nilesh Dhande has significant experience in quality assurance and supplier quality management, currently serving as SQA Incharge at Lear Automotive India Pvt Ltd. since April 2011, responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality development. Prior to this role, Nilesh held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at NTB International from May 2007 to April 2010, and worked as Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance at Involute Technology Private Limited from April 2010 to March 2011, focusing on warranty reduction strategies and corrective actions. Nilesh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Manufacturing and Operations from the University of Pune, and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Polytechnic College.
