Olga Marin

Olga Marin is an experienced professional in sustainability and compliance within the automotive industry, currently serving as Chairperson of the sub-Expert Group on Sustainability at CLEPA since January 2025. Olga has held roles as Director of Sustainability Supply Chain at Lear Corporation since September 2021, where responsibilities include implementing ESG requirements and managing compliance with various regulatory standards. Prior to this, Olga served as Global Materials Compliance Manager at Lear Corporation and Vibracoustic, overseeing compliance processes and chemical management. Olga's career began at Trelleborg Automotive Spain, where responsibilities included production processes for automotive parts. Education credentials include a Master's Degree from Universitat de Barcelona, various advanced programs in leadership and human rights, and language certifications from EOI and Goethe Institut.
