Omar Arroyo

Omar Arroyo is a seasoned human resources professional with 25 years of experience and a strong track record in industrial manufacturing, warehousing, and customer contact centers. They currently serve as the HRBP Compliance and Ethics, MARCOMM, Media and Government Relations Director for Lear Corporation, leveraging their bilingual skills and expertise in labor relations and safety initiatives. Previously, Omar held various HR managerial roles at Dish Network and Reyes Automotive Group and successfully launched a Greenfield manufacturing project in San Antonio, Texas. They completed a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso.
