Pavel Florian is an experienced engineer specializing in energy analysis and finite element analysis (FEA). Starting as an Energy Analyst Intern at Energy Profiles Limited in 2014, Pavel supported utility consumption management and contributed to energy conservation studies. Following this internship, Pavel worked at Rizzo Associates Czech, a. s. as a Project Engineer, evaluating the seismic adequacy of nuclear powerplant equipment and conducting static and dynamic analyses using ANSYS. From 2015 to 2017, Pavel led an engineering team at Západočeská univerzita v Plzni on off-road motorcycle development, focusing on CAD and FEA, which involved client reporting. After that, Pavel served as a CAE Specialist at Megatech Industries until April 2020, and currently holds the position of FEA Engineer at Lear Corporation.
