Petr Bucek is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as EMEA Director of Operations for Connection Systems at Lear Corporation since September 2021, Petr oversees P&L and all plant activities, previously holding the position of Plant Manager. Prior to this, Petr was the Director of Operations for the Seat Structure Division at Faurecia, managing operations across six plants in Europe and Korea. Between October 2019 and June 2020, Petr operated as a freelance and interim manager, demonstrating a strong ability to lead organizations through transitions and crises. Petr's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Aptiv, Lear Corporation, AVX, and Kordarna, a.s., along with a solid educational background in mechanical engineering and finance from Brno University of Technology.
