Piotr Kobylski brings extensive experience in quality engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Lear Corporation since November 2012, where responsibilities include leading and developing the Quality Engineering Team, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards. Previous roles at Lear encompass Foam Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Engineers’ Coordinator, as well as significant contributions to new program launches for major clients such as Opel and Ford. Prior to Lear, Piotr worked as a Quality Engineer at Aures Sp. z o.o., where Piotr was instrumental in launching programs for Fiat Tychy. Piotr holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politechnika Częstochowska.
