Rachel Dillon

Rachel Dillon has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Lear Corporation since October 2014, Rachel has held various roles within the organization, including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager.
