Ramon Serret

Ramon Serret is a seasoned engineering professional with over 23 years of experience at Lear Corporation, where positions have included Chief Engineer for Body & Zonal Control Modules, Head of Engineering Product Line Electronics, and Advanced Engineering Group Leader. Responsibilities have encompassed leading the development of global reference platforms, defining product strategies, and overseeing innovation projects within body electronics. Prior experience includes serving as an Electronics R&D Engineer at Bitron Industrie and completing a degree project focused on power electronics at the Superior Technical School of Industrial Engineers of Barcelona. Ramon Serret holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and recently completed a Program for Management Development at IESE Business School.
