Prior roles include Supplier Development & Quality Manager at Lear Corporation, where support is provided to the China purchasing team for supplier assessment and quality system improvements. Richard's previous experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Grupo Antolin involved evaluating quality systems and participating in component sourcing plans, while earlier work at Quanta Computer Inc. focused on managing supplier quality systems in compliance with industry standards. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from Chongqing University.
