Rick Fan has over 15 years of experience in finance and management, with a strong background in supply chain and commercial finance roles. Starting as a Program Engineer at Flextronics from June 2006 to August 2009, Rick transitioned to Johnson Controls as a Senior Costing Manager from September 2009 to February 2018. Following this, Rick worked at Lear Corporation from April 2018 to June 2021 as a Senior Finance Manager for Commercial and then moved to a Sr. Finance Manager role in Supply Chain at 李尔公司 from June 2021 to August 2025.
