Rickard Gustafsson

Rickard Gustafsson has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation since February 2022. Previously, Rickard held multiple roles at Kongsberg Automotive from October 2007 to November 2022, including Engineering Manager and Product Development Knowledge Expert in seat heating, alongside responsibilities in material development and as a test engineer. Earlier in the career, Rickard worked at ANZA AB (Orkla) as a Production Planner from January 2006 to July 2007 and as a Team Leader at ANZA AB from January 2001 to January 2006.
