Shekhar Khairnar

Shekhar Khairnar is a Senior Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation, where they have progressed through multiple roles since joining in 2004. Prior to this, Shekhar gained valuable experience as a Senior Software Engineer at MEDHA SERVO DRIVES PVT LTD and as a Developer at I-POC India Private Limited. Their early career included positions as a Design Engineer at SBEM and a Development Engineer at Meltron Semiconductors Limited. Shekhar also completed a B.E. in Electronics at North Maharashtra University, where they are currently enrolled.
