Sparsh Arora

Sparsh Arora is currently the Senior Manager and Head of IP Analytics at Lear Corporation, where they lead a global team in managing intellectual property strategies and processes. Previously, Sparsh held multiple roles at Honeywell, contributing to IP strategy and portfolio management while also supporting M&A due diligence and patent monetization initiatives. Sparsh began their career as a Patent Analyst at CPA Global and later worked as a Senior Patent Analyst at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan. They earned their degree from CCS University between 2019 and 2022.
