Szabolcs Kelemen

Szabolcs Kelemen is a seasoned Production and Continuous Improvement Manager currently leading teams at Lear Corporation, managing production operations with over 900 employees. Previously, Szabolcs held various roles at Eagle Ottawa, including New Product Introduction Leader and Field Quality Engineer, where they focused on product launches and quality management. Szabolcs began their career as a Purchaser at Bundy Refrigeration and later served as a Production Manager at Lear. Szabolcs holds a postgraduate degree in Lean Process Development Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, along with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Logistics from Széchenyi István Egyetem.
