Taylor Houston

Taylor Houston, MHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Lear Corporation, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Public Relations Assistant for the City of Columbia Government from June 2021 to January 2024, and a Human Resources Internship at Marathon Petroleum Corporation during the summer of 2023. Taylor also worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond from July 2020 to August 2021, and as an Office Assistant at the University of South Carolina Bursar's Office from August 2019 to January 2020. Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina, completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations obtained in December 2021. Additional academic achievements include an Associate of Science from University of South Carolina Lancaster and a High School Diploma from Chester Senior High School.
