Tejas Sandur

Tejas Sandur is currently an Operations Incharge at Lear Corporation, where they focus on ensuring program readiness and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance manufacturability of new seat designs. They previously worked as a Design Engineer at Siddhivinayak Autotech and served as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Lear Corporation, where they further honed their skills in production processes. Tejas also gained valuable experience as an apprentice at GE Aviation. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering from the Government College of Engineering and Research, Pune, having previously completed their education at Puranmal Lahoti Government Polytechnic Latur.
