Thiago Oliveira

Thiago Oliveira is a Mechanical Production Engineer with a postgraduate degree in production processes and extensive experience in quality audit and process supervision. They worked at Whirlpool Latin America from 2006 to 2011, applying reliability tests and managing product development teams to enhance assembly line performance. Currently, they serve as a process supervisor at Lear Corporation, where they focus on optimizing production efficiency and reducing waste. Thiago holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Psychology and People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, along with a Bachelor's degree from Instituto Superior Tupy.
