Uwe Schramm is the Head of Global Engineering Product Leader for Connectivity and Gateway at Lear Corporation, where they have provided worldwide leadership in technical project management since 2021. Prior to this role, Uwe led the Connectivity and Gateway product line for Europe and Africa at Lear Corporation from 2016 to 2021, and worked as a software engineer at Loewe Technology and United Technologies in the 1990s. Uwe earned a Dipl.Ing (FH) in Electrical Engineering and Information Electronics from Fachhochschule Coburg between 1985 and 1989.
