Valentina Passato

Valentina Passato is an experienced Trim Engineer Supervisor at Lear Corporation since February 2017, leading a team of ten in the design and engineering of trim covers for Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and FCA vehicles. Prior to this role, Valentina worked as a Product Designer at Alcantara S.p.A. from December 2012 to January 2017, focusing on product development for the aviation sector and collaborating with premium automotive OEMs such as Porsche, BMW, Seat, and Skoda. Valentina holds a Laurea triennale in Industrial Design from Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli, a Laurea Magistrale in Product Design from Sapienza Università di Roma, and participated in an Erasmus Program for a Master in Product Design at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
