Vandy Chen is an experienced strategic leader currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Lear Corporation, where the focus includes developing an Industry 4.0 strategic roadmap and launching an enterprise transformation initiative. Previous roles include Chair and Vice Chair of the Market Intelligence Committee at the Auto Care Association, as well as Executive Director of Strategy and Market Intelligence at Tenneco, where notable contributions included defining strategic positioning following a significant acquisition. Vandy has also held key positions at Navistar Inc, facilitating a corporate turnaround strategy and leading a strategic alliance with VW Truck. Vandy holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
