Vanessa Rea

Vanessa Rea is an Engineering Product Leader with an Executive MBA and a background in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Zaragoza. They began their career as an intern at General Motors – Opel Spain, focusing on diagnostic sessions for vehicle ECUs. Currently, Vanessa works as a SW Engineer in Network Software development at Lear Corporation, where they have held multiple leadership roles, including Core BSW Function Owner and Diagnostics Function Owner. In addition to their technical expertise, Vanessa has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills through involvement in various university bodies and events.
