Wissam Dhaini

Wissam Dhaini is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and crash simulation, currently serving as CAE/FEA Senior Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation since May 1998. In this role, Wissam established a "Know How" profit center for FEA in the Philippines, focusing on vehicle seat crash simulations, structure optimization research, and material testing of CFRP/GFRP. Previous positions include CAE/FEA European Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed profit center setup in Germany, training FEA engineers across Europe, and providing technical support to various Lear locations globally.
